However, Valencia still needs Nasal Cannula (2L/min FiO2 21%) ventilation because she is not able to breathe smoothly in room air. 今天对于Valencia来说将是一个重要的里程碑, 她可以与母亲一起从重症监护病房转到神经小儿科病房。但是，Valencia仍然需要鼻导管（2L / min FiO2 21％）的呼吸辅助，因为她任然无法在室内空气平稳呼吸。 Why Neuro Pediatric Ward? 为什么在神经小儿科病房？ Although baby is progressively improved on breathing issues and couldn't find any diagnoses in NICU, the hypertonia and dystonia issue will still require neuro doctor to follow up. I think the greatest gift that is given to me and my wife is the opportunity to learn throughout the time  and start to appreciate the quality of life that we are having. A normal breathing action can be precious for someone else.  Don't take life for granted. 我认为，我和妻子的最大得益是有机会不断地学习，并开始认真的珍惜我们所拥有的生活质量。一个正常的呼吸动作可能对于其他人而言是渴望的作息。不要把生命视为理所当然。 16/08/2020 11AM I brought my wife with a wheelchair to NICU to meet our daughter in the early morning and she ask me a question that almost makes me cry again. My wife asked me: "Which one is actually our baby girl?", a mum that couldn't recognize her own child. This was also due to many babies were in NICU ward. She dropped tears when she met our baby face to face for the very first time, and I am very touched on that moment. During that time, baby was getting better where she turned pink and legs were that that stiff straight compared to last night. 由于血压高，我在清晨就去了诊所看病拿药，回到家后就立即打包了妻子和宝宝所需的东西，然后去了医院。我带着老婆坐着轮椅来到了新生儿监护病房，老婆问了我一个非常难忘的问题。...

The Longest Night In My Life 我从来都没有想过黑暗的夜晚原来可以是那么的漫长。 I never thought that the night could be so long where it seems like the whole world is freeze and I couldn't breathe at all. 13/08/2020 在宝宝36星期时，医生发现老婆的羊水比例比较多。所以医生安排老婆在38星期06天时提早进医院待产。 When the baby was 36 weeks old, the doctor found that my wife had polyhydramnios. So the doctor arranged for my wife to go to the hospital earlier at 38 weeks 6 days for delivery. 15/08/2020  7:15PM 在7点十五分旁晚时，我突然接到医院的电话告知老婆已经生了以便立刻赶到医院。当时我还怀着紧张又期待的心情去医院，心想是男还是女呢，希望母子平安。中途还走错两次路。 In the evening at 7:15PM, I received a call from the hospital to inform me that my wife had given birth so that I need to be in the hospital immediately. At that time, I was nervous and excited, wondering whether it was a baby boy or baby girl, hoping that mother and baby would be safe. 15/08/2020 7:45PM 当我到达医院一心想见我老婆和孩子时，医生就把我带到去一间临时病房去见我的宝宝。医生告知我，宝宝出生后有短暂的呼吸问题和没有哭的迹象，而且手脚僵硬（手握紧拳头和震动，脚伸直没有松软弯曲），皮肤有斑点。当时我还没回过神来就问医生，是没有呼吸还是呼吸不顺畅，这会照成脑部缺氧吗？是什么照成手脚僵硬和手震动呢，意思就是她残障吗？当时医生答不到我就把...

27/12/2019 已经过了两个星期，我的月经都还没来，平时都蛮准时的，😦我猜想可能是因为感冒有吃药吧，后来想想，会不会是有了？！ 我并没有把这件事通知我老公，反而是去pharmacy买了验孕棒，然后回家自己捡测。在等待结果时我很紧张，短短的几分钟真的很漫长，即开心又期待又怕失望，空欢喜一场。最后，等到的结果是开心的，欢喜的，两条线哦。👱👪 It has been two weeks, and my menstruation hasn’t come yet, and it’s usually quite punctual. I guess it’s because I have taken medicine for the cold. I thought about it later, would it be i am pregnant? ! I didn't inform my husband of this incident. Instead, I went to the pharmacy to buy a pregnancy test stick, and then went home to pick up the test myself. I was very nervous while waiting for the result. The few minutes was really long. I was happy and also looking forward to it, but I was afraid of disappointment. We decided to have a 3 days 2 nights road trip to Ipoh and Cameron Highland for our 10th-anniversary celebration. 在我们的十周年时，我们决定去怡保和金马仑高原为期的3天2夜的公路旅行。 Why Visit Ipoh? Ipoh is often compared to Penang and Melaka， all have street arts, decent street food, and ancient architecture. In our experience, Ipoh is much quieter and far less touristy than Penang and Melaka.
